Methodology
A framework to explore, validate and decide
One method, whatever the project: feasibility study, proof of concept, research & development or full product development.
Our goal remains constant: to reduce uncertainty, validate key assumptions and help you make the right technical and strategic decisions at the right time. This methodology is modular: not every step is systematic, and the scope is adjusted to the project's objectives.
How we work
A common thread, followed in full or in part depending on the maturity and objectives of the project.
Understanding & exploration
Defining the problem to be solved, the context of use or research, the assumptions to validate, and the known and unknown constraints. The deliverable is not necessarily a product, but clarity.
Architecture & technical choices
Defining an architecture suited to the objectives – electronics, firmware, software, mechanics – in order to compare approaches, assess technologies and secure choices.
Prototyping & validation
The prototype as a learning tool: demonstrators, PoCs, test benches and data acquisition to validate a hypothesis, measure performance or prove feasibility. This stage can be enough on its own.
Consolidation & pathways
Based on measured facts: an informed stop, continued R&D, technical iteration or a move to product development. We help you choose what comes next, not impose it.
A method that adapts to your context
The methodology does not impose a single path: depending on the starting point and the questions to be settled, we draw on the stage or stages that are useful. A few typical situations:
Exploration & R&D
Clarifying feasibility and measuring limits. The deliverable: structured knowledge.
PoC & prototyping
Demonstrating a principle, measuring real performance, comparing approaches.
Data acquisition
Instrumenting a system to base a future decision on objective evidence.
