Integration & collaboration

An open approach, an adaptable scope

A successful technology project rarely relies on a single player. We adapt to your organisation, your partners and your capabilities — without imposing a model.

We draw on SDATAWAY’s in-house expertise, the capabilities of the Intretech group and a network of strategic technology partners to create the best possible set-up for each project.

Collaboration
Four steps to collaborate without friction

Our integration approach

Understanding the ecosystem

Analysing the organisation, the partners already in place, internal constraints (processes, tools, resources) and short- and long-term objectives.Understanding the ecosystem.

Defining roles & responsibilities

Clarifying the role of SDATAWAY, the client and the partners involved, for smooth communication and decisions made at the right level.

Orchestrating the collaboration

Aligning technical choices, synchronising teams and managing interfaces. Where needed, we take on the role of technical architect and orchestrator.

Securing continuity

Whether or not the project continues with us: clear documentation, a controlled handover and continuity of decisions to reduce transition risks.

With our partners… or yours

A flexible scope

Ecosystem

Our approach is flexible by design. Depending on the context, we can lead an entire development, take charge of specific building blocks (electronics, firmware, software, architecture…), act as technical referent, or prepare a project before handing it over to another team.

We are used to working with industrial and technology partners, third-party engineering firms or partners imposed by the client. Our role: to guarantee technical consistency, ensure continuity of decisions and safeguard quality — without disrupting the existing ecosystem.

Collaboration models

  • Objective-based — commitment to a clear result (study, PoC, prototype, product building block).
  • Mandate-based — support on a defined phase or scope.
  • Time & materials — expertise embedded in the client’s team.
  • Full integration — within the client’s cycle and teams.
  • Autonomous — development carried out by us, with synchronisation points.

A role that adjusts to each type of client

Multinationals

Integration into structured environments with high quality and compliance requirements. Frequent role: integrated technical partner or referent.

SMEs

Cross-disciplinary expertise: structuring projects, technical trade-offs, key decisions. Frequent role: extension of the technical team.

Startups

Recommendations calibrated to financial capacity, maturity and short-term goals. Focus: the right choices, without over-engineering.

Independents & project owners

An expert eye and gradual structuring. Goal: to turn an idea into something concrete and under control.
