Profile

• MSc or BSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
• Proven experience in product development for medium and large-scale productions
• Strong understanding of embedded systems, electronics, and IoT solutions
• Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PMI, or equivalent)
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in customer-facing roles
• Familiarity with risk management techniques and tools
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Jira, or similar)
• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken
• PMP or similar certification is a plus
• Experience or familiarity with security best practices and compliance frameworks for IoT projects is a plus

Senior embedded software engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, testing, and maintenance of embedded software systems as part of a prototyping or industrialization projects.

Role

• Join our development team as a senior embedded software engineer and work closely with hardware, software, and mechanical engineers.
• Implement firmware on both bare metal and real-time operating system into C/C++ code
• Design complex embedded software architecture
• Perform software verification and validation testing to ensure quality and reliability
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in embedded software development
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers

Profile

• MSc or BSc degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science

Embedded Systems Quality and Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Embedded System Quality and Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will take the lead on quality and testing activities across multiple projects, define test strategies, develop test fixtures, and ensure compliance with international standards.

Role

• Act as the technical reference and quality owner for assigned projects, defining, defending, and evolving the overall test and quality architecture.
• Challenge design and implementation choices from a quality, reliability, and testability perspective
• Collaborate with development teams from early design phases and drive quality-related technical decisions throughout the full product lifecycle to ensure system testability.
• Conduct risk analysis and DFMEA for critical components and systems
• Develop automated and manual test plans, procedures, and scripts
• Design and build test fixtures and benches for functional, stress, and compliance testing
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards (CE, IEC, ISO)
• Analyse test results, conduct root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions
• Maintain documentation for quality processes and test reports
• Continuously improve test methodologies, tools, and quality practices based on industry best practices
• This role goes beyond test execution and requires strong engineering judgment, technical ownership, and active contribution to product design.

Profile

• MSc or BSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in embedded systems testing and quality assurance
• Proactive mindset with the ability to propose, design, and implement solutions independently
• Strong knowledge of test methodologies, tools, and frameworks for embedded systems
• Experience in designing test fixtures and automated test environments
• Familiarity with compliance standards (CE marking, IEC, ISO, EMC testing)
• Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and embedded software architecture
• Strong system-level thinking with the ability to understand complex hardware/software interactions
• Good programming skills in Python (for test automation) and basic C/C++ understanding
• Knowledge of microcontroller platforms (ARM Cortex-M preferred)
